TempleData has been incorporated in the United Kingdom for the past 17 years, we have been involved in the building and support of data centres.

 

Our clients include JP Morgan, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Fidelity Invest, Salomon Smith Barney amongst others.

We have now been incorporated in Ghana for the past year with our Tier 3 data centre based in a convenient location within the airport residential area in the capital, Accra.

Bribery Policy

The Bribery Act 2010

It is TempleData’s policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate by implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. This applies to all individuals working at all levels and grades, including senior managers, officers, directors, employees (whether permanent, fixed term or temporary, consultant, contractors, trainees, seconded staff, homework’s, casual workers and agency staff ) , volunteers, interns, agents, sponsors, or any other person associated with us including business partners who sell our services on our behalf and our customers.  If you are in any doubt, or suspect someone may be acting in a way which contravenes the Bribery Act 2010, please speak to TempleData.

Definition

A bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised or provided in order to gain any commercial, regulatory or personal advantage.  Our zero-tolerance approach includes offering a bribe, receiving a bribe or attempting to bribe a foreign official.

It helps TempleData to keep information assets secure and benefit from best practice and to reassure it’s customers that ISO27001:2005 has been followed.

Service Organisation Control Reports (SOC) are for those people who need to understand internal controls  at a Service organisation.

Through the SOC 2 audit, TempleData clearly demonstrates and communicates  the internal controls in its environment to it’s customers. Our customer’s management can review the SOC 2 report and gain an understanding of the controls in place at TempleData to protect their data.

TempleData has a responsibility to meet customer’s SLAs, protect customer’s data and ensure availability of the services provided. The SOC 2 audit is used as part of  TempleData’s due diligence process to ensure internal controls meet the principles of Security and Availability.
